School Rules for Parents

Please ensure your child:

  • Arrives 5min ahead of the assembly that starts at 9:30 am

  • Is picked up on time at 14:30

  • Has a water bottle

  • Has packed lunch and/or pocket money to purchase from our kiosk

  • Does the homework with care

  • Keeps any gadgets/toys at home

  • Has read the Alfurat School Rules for Pupils and abides by them

  • Participates in Quran Competition, delivering an assembly, School Trip, End of Year Party and any other related event

Please ensure you:

  • Communicate with the class teacher and take their comments on board throughout the year

  • Inform the class teacher or management team in advance if someone else is picking up your child

  • Attend the parents meeting, AGM (Annual General Meeting) and all other relevant events/meetings

  • Fill a registration form with all the necessary details at the start of the year

  • Inform the class teacher of any changes in your contact details

  • Inform the class teacher of absences on the morning of each day

  • Pay for registration fees on time to avoid Late Payment Fee of £10 per child per term if you fail to pay by the end of calendar month in:

    • Sep for term 1

    • Jan for term 2

    • Apr for term 3

  • Are aware that we upload staff and pupils photos on school webpage and social media. If you would not like your child’s photo to appear on these sites, please inform the Management Team.
